Spring 2024 Class Dates
How the Class Works: Our class is broken into two parts. The first part of the class is taught in-person so students can get plenty of hands-on experience with making the cocktails. Then the second part of the class is taught interactively online with a live instructor (who teaches from behind a fully operational bar) in order to go through the student manual and teach about all other aspects of the profession. This partially in-person and partially online format works extremely well, and during the online portion of the class students are able to interact with the instructor to ask questions and talk about the topics being discussed. This is an excellent way to learn all of the course material and get plenty of hands-on mixing experience!
Online Class Dates (Students must only attend one of these online class dates after completing the in-person mixing session in their location):

Sunday, April 21st from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Note: The in-person mixing session in the student’s location must be attended before the online class is taken. The dates for the in-person mixing sessions are listed in the locations below. Thanks!
Details about the Class: During the in-person mixing session each student will be given a Student Bartending Manual. They may keep this manual and use it to take notes and follow along with the instructor during class. All students must have their computer’s video cameras on at all times throughout the online part of the class for instructor interaction, and only fully registered students will be able to attend. The online class is taught through the Zoom platform (free to download) and upon registering students will receive a confirmation email with all of the class details (including the online class link information and instructions on how to attend). When registering for a class you will be able to choose which of the online classes you will be attending. Each of the online class dates are identical so students must only attend one. If a student cannot make part of the online class or in-person mixing session (for example if they need to come late, leave early, or miss a part of either class) then let us know before the class starts and the instructor can fill them in on any missed material.
